Is the tracking accurate?
Halo reads your sleep, heart rate, HRV, stress and activity overnight and through the day, and turns them into wellness insights, not medical readings. Like every smart ring, it reads best when it fits snugly, so use the AI size finder or the sizing guide before you order.
Is there a subscription for HALO Ring?
No — HALO Ring does not require a subscription.
All features are included with your purchase, and the HALO app is completely free to use. You’ll have full access to health insights, tracking, and updates with no monthly fees or hidden costs.
You pay once for just the ring and enjoy lifetime access.
How long does shipping really take?
Processing: 1 to 2 working days. Shipping: 7 to 10 working days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
Not happy with it? You have 30 days to return it.
What if it doesn't fit, or I don't love it?
Wear it for 30 nights. If it isn't right for you, send it back for a full refund. Wrong size? Message support and we will help you swap it.

Our Lifetime Warranty provides extended peace of mind and covers your HALO Ring beyond the initial 30 days, including protection against defects and functional issues for as long as you own the ring. This option is recommended for long-term wear and daily use.
The HALO Lifetime Warranty provides extended protection beyond the standard 30-day warranty and includes:
- Coverage for manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product
- Hardware malfunctions under normal, intended use
- Functional failures related to internal components
- Replacement support if the ring stops functioning due to covered issues

What's covered if something goes wrong?
Every ring includes a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware issues. HaloCare+ extends that to lifetime coverage. If your ring ever stops charging or syncing, open a warranty claim and our team takes it from there.
Sizing Guide
Finding the right size is one of the most important parts of your Halo Ring experience.
Unlike traditional jewelry, Halo Ring contains advanced sensors that require a secure fit to provide accurate wellness tracking. Your ring should feel snug, but comfortable—tight enough that it won't rotate freely, but loose enough to remove without discomfort.
Should I Size Up?
In most cases, no.
Halo Ring is manufactured using standard US ring sizes, so if you already know your US ring size, we recommend ordering your normal size.
However, because Halo Ring is wider than a traditional ring (approximately 7–8.5mm depending on the model), it may feel slightly tighter than a thin jewelry band.
We recommend sizing up only if:
- You're between two ring sizes.
- You prefer a looser fit.
- Your fingers tend to swell throughout the day.
If your normal ring already fits snugly, stick with your usual US size.
Best Finger Placement
For the most accurate readings, we recommend wearing Halo Ring on your:

We've also upgraded the internal sensors and tracking technology to deliver improved accuracy for sleep, heart rate, stress, and overall wellness insights—while maintaining the same long-lasting comfort you expect from Halo.
Halo 3 remains part of our lineup and is still available for purchase in select styles, including our Flat Top and Concave designs. While Halo 4 introduces a lighter, slimmer profile with upgraded internal tracking technology, Halo 3 continues to offer the same core wellness tracking experience in the signature styles many of our customers already love.

Lay the ring flat on a ruler and measure the inside, from edge to edge. Start at the 0 mm mark.

Match your screen to a card
Hold any bank or ID card upright against the screen, inside the dashed outline. Resize until both side edges of the card just touch the line.
Every bank or ID card is the same size. It lets us adjust your screen so the circle in the next step shows your ring at its real size.
The line should stay visible on both sides, with no gap between it and the card.

Match the circle to your ring
Lay your ring flat on the circle. Resize until the inside edge of the ring just touches the circle's line, with the line still visible.
Inside diameter: 18.2 mm
Measure with string or paper
- Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are largest.
- The index finger gives the most accurate readings.
- Cut a thin strip of paper or a piece of string, about 10 cm long.
- Wrap it around the base of your finger. It should be snug but still slide over the knuckle.
- Mark where the end overlaps, then lay it flat and measure up to the mark with a ruler.
